Bernhard Kempa, born in '66, co-founder and head coach of the Ju-Jutsu divisions (BERNE tus and Duwo 08), a qualified lawyer, BSA graduate teachers, holder of the 3rd Dan Ju-Jitsu and Tai-nin jutsu, title and placements on national- and international experts tournaments responsible drawing in all areas of planning, implementation and control of the technique - Fighting- and Combat training, as well as the education and training of coaches.

Bernhard is the heart and soul of the sport. Tireless in creativity training, taking the latest findings and teaching methods into account, with him the fun of Ju-Jutsu is palpable. Today all Jujutsukas will benefit from his many national and international competitions. As a coach he always finds the right words of motivation during competitions and practice, the adjustment to the opponents and sometimes also of the consolation.

In addition to the competition-oriented training Bernhard offers courses for realistic self-defense of children, women and men after the "Not with me - System" for over 27 years. Even with these courses, he is largely responsible for the establishment and evolution.

Dr. iur. Darius R. Kempa, born in '72, Attorney, second Head of Division Ju-Jitsu in the status BERNE, 1st Dan Ju-Jitsu, Combat- and Fighting- coach, competitions and children's trainer, coach at tournaments in Ju-Jutsu.

In 1988 he entered the dojo for the first time, and thus followed the call of his brother only two years later. Within a short time Darius could qualify for the Hamburg performance squad through intensive training and ambition and fought there very successfully for several years. The wages were numerous national titles, such as Hamburg champion, North German Champion and 3rd place at the International German Championship.

In addition to the Ju-Jutsu, he gained over years of practice and competition experience in Kick and Thai Boxing, and experienced over two years of Nin-Jutsu.

Darius understands it with an ease of his protégés to wring maximum performance both in practice and in competition. His very keen sense of the situation and people distinguish himself. The rich fund of martial arts and competition experience fulfill each of his workouts with fun and excitement. As a coach he is the calming influence during competitions and gives the competitors the necessary security when it is again: "Hajime"


Heike, born in 1979, is a coach in the areas of children's technique and children fighting. Above all, Heike is responsible for the Fighting practice of seniors and A-adolescents. The cheerful, 1,65m large bundle of energy has been successful for over a decade as a contestant for the Tus Berne. Numerous titles as champion of Hamburg, North German champion and good ratings in German and international championships speak for themselves. Chiara von Horsten

Chiara is a student and makes in Ohlstedt since 2003 Ju-Jutsu.
She is an active competitor, and a co-trainer for the training groups on Friday.
In addition to the Ju-Jutsu she enjoys playing the piano, going snowboarding and many other sports.

Lena Tiedemann

Lena is a student. Since 2007, she practiced Ju-Jitsu in Ohlstedt.
She is an active competitor, and together with Chiara assistant coach for the three groups on Friday.

Rike Künnemann

Rike is a student in Volksdorf and does Ju-Jutsu since she's 5 years old. Since 2015 she participates actively during competitions and won the title as North German champion in 2015. Together with Miriam and Vanessa, Rike is a co-trainer for the groups on mondays and wednesdays. She has a lot of fun teaching the 'Kiddies'. rike
